What are Baby Milestone sessions all about?
have you noticed it yet? your baby looks slightly older today than they did yesterday?
Babies grow and change so quickly! They grow and learn more in their first year than at any other stage in life. One day the skin on their feet is all scaly and flaky, and then suddenly one day you notice their skin is all smooth. It all happens in the blink of an eye, and you think you won’t ever forget how your baby is at this very moment in time, how could you! They are so cute and cheeky, yet a few weeks go by and they have discovered a new skill and seem so grown up compared to a few weeks ago. From those first smiles to putting their toes in their mouth, to learning to sit, crawl and walk, you will want to remember these moments forever.
Baby Milestone Sessions are the perfect way to document your baby’s development and capture their personality as they grow and change during their first year. Popular times and milestones to capture include; 100 days, 4 months – when they are full of smiles and finding their feet, 6-7 months – where they are pushing up in tummy time, maybe rolling over, or quite possibly sitting unassisted, and one year celebration or Cake Smash! Many families choose to capture their little ones a month or two before their first birthday so they have the images back to use for photo boards and displays at their 1st birthday party. Whatever age and stage your baby is at during their first year we can capture it for you to remember and cherish forever.
Your baby will be captured in a natural way with minimal posing, using simple wooden props or textured throws, so the focus is on just how cute and sweet they are at this age, In our studio we have a collection of outfits for your little one to wear during their milestone photography session, as well as wooden toys and letter blocks for them to play with.
We will also capture the faces they make, all the smiles, chubby little hands and feet, and gorgeous leg and arm rolls. These sessions are fun and relaxed with lots of games and silly sounds and songs to grab their attention and make them smile.

Baby Milestone sessions take place in our natural-light home studio in the South-East Melbourne suburb of Pakenham. These sessions last approximately 45 minutes, and we aim to squeeze them in between your little ones’ nap and snack times!
The studio is easily accessible from surrounding suburbs in Casey and Cardinia shires such as; Berwick, Beaconsfield, Clyde, Officer, Cranbourne, Narre Warren, Nar Nar Goon, Koo Wee Rup, Upper Beaconsfield, Emerald and Gembrook.
