Capture this incredible time in your life with a pregnancy photography session with Robyn McIntosh Photography.
Let’s face it, pregnancy can be hard! From terrible morning sickness to aching back and feet, heartburn and sleepless nights. While it may not feel like it now, those feelings will pass and one day just be a distant memory, or baby brain will make you forget altogether! As you approach the final stages of your pregnancy, it is nice to be able to pamper yourself, dress up and capture this beautiful time in your life.
You can choose between a Maternity session in our light-filled Pakenham studio, or a sunset outdoor session in a beautiful local spot in areas of Berwick, Beaconsfield, Pakenham, Upper Beaconsfield and Emerald. Studio sessions include access to our client closet which has a selection of beautiful gowns to show off your bump.
The best time for maternity photos is around 28-36 weeks, as your bump will be nice and round, but you’re not too uncomfortable to move. Once you have secured your session date and time, I will get you to complete a questionnaire to get to know you better, and we will chat on the phone for a pre-shoot consultation that will cover selecting the perfect location and go through outfit styling to best show off your bump. We have a collection of stunning maternity gowns you may like to wear, otherwise you may have an outfit you would feel more comfortable in. Generally, we suggest sticking with neutral muted tones, pastels and earthy colours.
Maternity photography sessions are $150. The session fee is due at time of booking to reserve your place on our calendar. Your session fee includes your pre-session planning and styling advice, your photography session, access to studio wardrobe, image processing, and a private online gallery to preview your images. Digital files, prints and products are ordered separately after you preview the finished images from your session.
The session fee is separate to any print or image package so you are not locked into any particular package and can decide how many images you want after seeing them, and deciding how you want to display them in your home after viewing our sample products. the process

Contact me
The first step is to get in contact with me! We will have a chat to work out the perfect type of session for you and your family. Next, we will book in your session date and your session fee will be due to secure this date.

02.
Pre-session
After booking I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your family, as well as a preparation guide for your session. We will chat the about location, styling, the products you want, and go through any questions you may have.
03.
Your session
This is the fun bit! The day you have been waiting for!
Come into the studio, or we will meet at the location for your outdoor shoot, and I will capture beautiful memories for you and your family. Sessions are relaxed, and I will guide you through your session with prompts and some fun along the way!
04.
View your photos
After your session, I get to work hand-editing your images. Approximately 3 weeks after your photography session you will get to view your finished images at your Viewing and Design appointment. Here you can select your favourite images and decide which Image Collection and printed products you’d love to have.
05.
Collect your products
You will be able to download your chosen high-resolution digital files straight to your computer and when your beautiful artwork or albums are ready, I will get in touch for you to come and collect these from the studio.
