There is nothing more precious than your newborn baby. The perfect little human you dreamed of, and grew for 9 months.
Every moment spent with them is so precious. Those first weeks go by in such a blur. Your baby will grow and change so quickly.
Let’s capture that feeling, the precious first moments, and all the tiny details.
Fresh 48 sessions are all about capturing those fresh baby feels, the precious first moments, and all the tiny details; the flaky skin, teeny tiny toes, and the love for your new little one.
Fresh 48 Hospital photography sessions take place within the first few days of your new baby’s life. I will come to visit you in your Melbourne-based hospital to capture this incredible time in your life.
Fresh 48 photography is more documentary style, with minimal posing. I may move some things in the room for aesthetics or gently guide you to make the most of the available light.
This is a great session to capture that moment when siblings meet their new brother or sister for the first time.
What is the cost?
Hospital photography sessions are $695. Your session fee includes your pre-session consultation and planning, your photography session, image processing, and a private online gallery to preview your images. Fresh 48 session fee includes 15 digital files. You can upgrade to purchase all of the images if you wish after seeing them
Additional digital files, prints and products can be ordered separately after you preview the finished images from your session. You can view the printed products available here.
A $200 booking fee is due at the time of booking to reserve your place on our calendar. With the balance due 2 weeks before your due date. We use your due date to book your place and then you just let me know when baby is on the way!
Robyn McIntosh Photography provides in-hospital newborn baby photography to the following hospitals in the south east Melbourne areas including; St. John of God Hospital Berwick, Casey Hospital, Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, West Gippsland Hospital Warragul, Frankston Hospital, Monash Birth Centre, Jessie McPherson Private Hospital, Waverley Private, The Angliss. Please enquire if your birthing hospital is not mentioned on this list.

Contact me
The first step is to get in contact with me! We will have a chat to work out the perfect type of session for you and your family. Next, we will book in your session date and your session fee will be due to secure this date.

02.
Pre-session
After booking I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your family, as well as a preparation guide for your session. We will chat about location, styling, and the products you want, and go through any questions you may have.
03.
Your session
This is the fun bit! The day you have been waiting for!
I will come to your birthing hospital at an arranged time, and capture you with your new little love.
04.
View your photos
After your session, I get to work hand-editing your images. Approximately 3 weeks after your photography session you will view your finished images at your Viewing and Design appointment. Here you can select your favourite images and decide which Image Collection and printed products you’d love to have.
05.
Collect your products
You will be able to download your chosen high-resolution digital files straight to your computer and when your beautiful artwork or albums are ready, I will get in touch for you to come and collect these from the studio.
