Terms and Conditions

General

  1. Photography Sessions include immediate family only, unless specified otherwise.
  2. All ordered images are backed up and stored for a period of 12 months. Other images will be removed 1 month after the collection of your artwork/download of digital files.
  3. Any offers may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher and is not redeemable for cash or any other goods and may only be used as described. Offer is not transferable.
  4. Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.
  5. Please advise us of any injuries, food allergies or special circumstances that may effect you or your family members during the session.
  6. At no time can images purchased from Robyn McIntosh Photography from your session be used for commercial purposes. If you have an inquiry please get in touch first to avoid copyright infringement.
  7. All images are delivered as high-resolution and web-resolution digital files, in JPEG format. .RAW or unedited files are not provided. 
  8. Management reserves the right to refuse service at anytime.
  9. Robyn McIntosh Photography respects your privacy and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organisations.
  10. Robyn will take reasonable steps to capture great photographs of your family, but is not responsible for the unwilling participation of any family member. 
  11. All adults must attend both the photography session and purchasing appointment to claim the full value of the voucher.
  12. All financial decision-makers must attend the viewing and design appointment. 
  13. Viewing and Ordering appointment is to be completed within 4 weeks from your photography session to redeem your gift voucher.
  14. Full payment for your Collection and products is due at your Viewing and Design appointment unless a payment plan has been entered into. Payment plans require a minimum of 20% deposit. Production of ordered products will not begin until payment is received in full.
  15. Printed products can only be ordered from digital images that have been purchased.
  16. Collection of products is approximately 4-6 weeks after the order has been placed with our suppliers.
  17. The order that you place at the time of your ordering session or pre-payment of an order are final. Under absolutely no circumstances do we refund or downgrade any part of your placed order.
  18. Full payment for your order is due at the time of ordering at your Viewing and Ordering appointment, and can be made by cash, direct deposit or credit card.
  19. Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final. Once images and products are ordered, all sales are final.
  20. By entering into a payment plan you also understand the above, and the studio retains the right to claim any and all legal and collection fees pertaining to the outstanding invoice. Late payments will
  21. Any monies owing will be immediately forwarded to a third-party collection agency and you would also be liable for any additional fees associated with collecting funds outstanding.

Birthday GIVEAWAY 2024

  1. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  2. One extra entry available when sharing our Facebook or Instagram post.
  3. Entrants must complete all entry requirements for entry to be valid.
  4. The main prize is valued at $1645 and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  5. The runner-up prizes includes photography session, 8×10″ matted print and $100 credit, valued at $350.
  6. The competition runs from 6pm Monday 13th May to 6pm Friday 17th May 2024. No entries will be accepted outside this time.
  7. The winner will be notified on Saturday 18th May 2024 via email and sms.
  8. Winning sessions must take place during 2024.
  9. Session can be either a Newborn, Maternity, Milestone, Family or Dog photography session. Not available for Extended Family or Cake Smash.
  10. Winner can choose a Studio session or an outdoor sunset session (within 20km of Studio)

  13. Entrants must reside in Victoria, Australia.
  14. Prizes may not be substituted for any other product or service or used in conjunction with any other promotion, gift card or booking, and are not redeemable for cash. 
  15. Giveaway inclusions are final.
  16. Additional digital and printed keepsake products will be available to purchase but you are under no obligation to do so.
  17. Not redeemable for commercial photography.
  18. Not available to be redeemed during 15th Dec – 31st Dec 2024.
  19. Competition not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram.
