Celebrate your pregnancy with a Baby Announcement photography session.
Pregnancy can be hard, and it may have taken you a very long time to get here, there may have been heartache along the way, or you may have terrible morning sickness from those early few weeks.
You may have been so excited that you have told a few close family and friends your very special news!
A Pregnancy Announcement photoshoot is a great way to announce your pregnancy and the upcoming arrival of your precious baby, and to document this special time in your life.
Pregnancy Announcement sessions are short and sweet, during your 20 minute session we will utilise your unique props to capture your wonderful news. There are many ways you can announce this through photography, such as ultrasound pictures, positive pregnancy test stick, a pair of teeny tiny shoes or knitted booties, a letterboard or wooden plaque, or if you have a fur baby who is about to be promoted to a big brother or sister you could get a personalised bandana made, or like Maverick above reading a book about how to be big brother! Your chosen props will serve as the focal point of your photos, as well as some of you both as a couple, or family if you already have other children.
You can choose between a session in our light-filled Pakenham studio, or a sunset outdoor session in a beautiful local spot in areas of Berwick, Beaconsfield, Pakenham, Upper Beaconsfield and Emerald. Studio sessions include access to our client closet which has a selection of beautiful gowns to show off your bump.
Pregnancy Announcement photography sessions are $495. Payment is due at time of booking to reserve your place on our calendar. Your session fee includes your pre-session planning and styling advice, your photography session, access to studio
wardrobe, image processing, a private online selection gallery to preview your images, and your 5 favourite images to download.
Additional digital files, prints and products are ordered separately after you preview the finished images from your session.
You can decide if you want to upgrade to receive all the images after seeing them. You may just want a few digital images to share your exciting news with friends and family, or you may want to preserve your precious memories with professionally printed keepsakes. the process

Contact me
The first step is to get in contact with me! We will have a chat to work out the perfect type of session for you and your family. Next, we will book in your session date and your session fee will be due to secure this date.

02.
Pre-session
After booking I will send you a questionnaire to get to know you and your family, as well as a preparation guide for your session. We will chat the about location, styling, the products you want, and go through any questions you may have.
03.
Your session
This is the fun bit! The day you have been waiting for!
Come into the studio, or we will meet at the location for your outdoor shoot, and I will capture beautiful memories for you and your family. Sessions are relaxed, and I will guide you through your session with prompts and some fun along the way!
04.
Select your photos
After your session, I select the best images to show you and do a light edit for colour correction and cropping. You will then choose which images you want to keep, either the 5 included or you can upgrade to purchase them all. I will then hand-edit your chosen images and get the finished version back to you as soon as possible for you to start sharing!
05.
Collect your products
You will be able to download your chosen high-resolution digital files straight to your computer and if you order printed products when your beautiful artwork or albums are ready, I will get in touch for you to come and collect these from the studio.
