Exclusive special event for past clients

In 2025, Motherhood Mini Sessions are available only to past Robyn McIntosh Photography clients. This is a special offering for the beautiful families I’ve worked with before — because your story deserves to be continued.

These sessions are all about slowing down, stepping in front of the camera, and celebrating the beauty of motherhood through beautiful, natural portraits — just in time for Mother’s Day.

You will have the option of either my beautiful studio setting or an outdoor location.

Let’s celebrate your motherhood journey—because you deserve to be in the frame, too.

As Mums, we’re always the ones behind the camera. We have endless photos of our little ones on our phones—but how many include us with them? Apart from the occasional selfie, it’s rare that we step into the frame. And yet, these are the moments you will want to hold onto forever.

They grow and change so quickly. You don’t realise just how much you’ll miss this stage until it’s gone.

That’s why now is the perfect time to capture the love, connection, and magic of motherhood—just as it is right now. Whether your little ones aren’t so little anymore, or you’ve added to your family since our last session, these updated portraits will become treasured keepsakes of this season of life.

Location: Robyn McIntosh Photography studio – Pakenham
Or outdoor location in Upper Beaconsfield

Price: $195

Times: Studio 10am, 10.30am, 11am, 11.30am / Outdoor 3.30pm, 4pm, 4.30pm, 5pm

These sessions are for Mums and up to 4 children, Nana can also be included for capturing the generations together. Also can be for Mums with a new bump to capture!

Outdoor location in Upper Beaconsfield is not suitable for those with mobility issues, due to uneven ground and a short uphill walk.

frequently asked questions

These sessions are for Mums and up to 4 children. Newborns/babies under 4 months will not be photographed individually, they must be held. Mum’s to be always welcome! Nana is welcome to come along too!

Your gallery to preview your finished images will be available within 2 weeks of your session. Your gallery will be available for 48 hours to choose your included images, and to purchase any upgrades or keepsake products. After this time your gallery will be archived, if you require an extension a retrieval fee of $25 will occur.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session due to sickness you will be provided with a full credit as long as 24-hours notice has been provided. Your credit can be used towards any future session with Robyn McIntosh Photography within 12 months. You can also transfer your session to another family.

If it happens to be raining for the outdoor sessions, you will have the option to change to a studio session, or another date will be offered if I need to reschedule due to poor weather. This will be one date for all sessions, there wont be individual dates available to each family.

For Mums: I have a small collection of beautiful dresses you are welcome to wear during your session, just let me know your size in advance I can share the available options. Please bring white/nude seamless underwear and bra. If you would like to wear your own clothing you are more than welcome, I suggest sticking with neutral, pastel or earthy colour tones. Flowy dresses look great!

There is also the option to hire a beautiful dress for your session,
I recommend having a look at the following options; Everything Lace Hire or Mama Rentals

For little ones: I have a range of children’s wear if you would like to borrow an outfit, depending on their size.

In general, I suggest avoiding clothes with logos, slogans, fluro colours etc. Instead try to choose clean neat clothes such as jeans, chinos, shirts, plain jumpers. Neutral, pastel and earthy colour tones photograph well. Don’t worry about what shoes match – your shoes will be left at the door.
For Boys: Jeans/Chinos and a plain top or shirt (without patterns or logos)
For Girls: A dress or nice top and skirt

Terms & Conditions

  • Mini sessions are strictly 20 minutes only
  • Session will finish 20 minutes after the scheduled time, if you arrive late for your session it will reduce the time available to take photographs
  • Session is for Mums and their children (up to 4 children for 1 session)
  • Newborn babies up to 4 months must held by their Mother and will not be photographed individually
  • Session will not be extended, rescheduled or refunded due to unsettled babies.
  • Outfit changes are not permitted
  • Please arrive dressed and ready to be photographed, unless wearing one of our studio dresses. Please have appropriate nude/strapless underwear on already
  • Session payment is required in full on booking.
  • Printed products can only be ordered from included or purchased digital images.
  • All image edits are final. Extra editing requests will incur an additional fee
  • No refunds or reshoots
  • Session fee covers your time slot and is not refundable for non-cooperation by family members
  • Digital images are for personal use only. This means you cannot re-edit, sell, or commercially benefit from the images
  • No .RAW file type or unedited images are supplied
