IT’S THAT TIME…. The most wonderful time of the year!

Get your family Christmas photos sorted before the Silly Season! Ensuring plenty of time to use your beautiful photos for personalised Christmas cards and photo gifts for family.

You can get the family all nicely dressed for some beautiful photos or come dressed in your Christmas themed outfits. I’m talking ugly Christmas jumpers, matching Christmas PJs, santa hats, elf costumes.. let’s have a little fun!

Book a dedicated time window for your family’s Christmas photos this year and avoid the shopping centre chaos.

Christmas sessions will be held in our Pakenham Studio on Saturday 23rd November, 2024.

  • A 20 minute Christmas Mini Session for your family
  • Online gallery to view and select your images
  • 3 digital images from your online gallery
  • An 8×10″ matted print

These sessions are for your immediate family (Max. 6 people, 2 adults, 4 children). These sessions are not for newborn babies unless held by a parent as part of a family image. Newborns will not be photographed individually.  If you are wanting to include extended family or groups of cousins a longer session is required – please email Robyn to arrange info@robynmcintoshphotography.com.au

Want your family in matching Christmas PJs? Absolutely! Want to wear Santa hats? Go for it! In general, I suggest avoiding clothes with logos, slogans, fluro colours etc. Instead try to choose clean neat clothes such as jeans, chinos, shirts, plain jumpers. Neutral, pastel and earthy colour tones photograph well. Remember to wear clean plain socks! Your shoes will be left at the door.

Yes! Many of our clients just love ALL of their photos. You can upgrade to receive your full gallery for $175.

Your gallery to preview your finished images will be available within 2 weeks of your session. Your gallery will be available for 72 hours to choose your included images, and to purchase any upgrades or keepsake products. After this time your gallery will be archived, if you require an extension a retrieval fee of $25 will occur.

It does happen, and it’s something we can’t help! If you’re sick, let us know ASAP, and please stay home.
However, we can’t rebook your session so you won’t be refunded. There may be the option of rescheduling to a weekday, depending on our booking schedule. If not, you will be provided with a full credit as long as 24-hours notice has been provided. Your credit can be used towards a future session with Robyn McIntosh Photography within 12 months, or you can also transfer your session to another family.

If you’re late, delayed, etc, you will either miss your time slot, or it will be very tight! We have back-to-back bookings all day so we can’t fit in late arrivals. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, and wait in your car until your allocated session time. We do not have space in the studio for multiple families at a time.

Due to the thousands of photos taken over Christmas, we cannot individually hand-edit each photo. If you have specific requests, let us know. Extra editing is charged at $35 per image.

Terms and Conditions

  • Mini sessions are strictly 20 minutes only
  • Your included 8×10″ fine art matted print is to be chosen from your 3 included digital files or can be another image which has been purchased
  • One family per session only.
  • Grandparents and Cousins can only be included by prior arrangement with Robyn by booking an extended session for an additional fee
  • Session will finish 20 minutes after the scheduled time, if you arrive late for your session it will reduce the time available to take photographs
  • No pets without prior arrangement
  • Outfit changes are not permitted
  • Please arrive dressed and ready to be photographed.
  • Session payment is required in full on booking
  • All image edits are final. Any additional edits (like head swaps or remove scars or dry skin etc) will incur additional fees.
  • No refunds or reshoots
  • Session fee covers your time slot and is not refundable for non-cooperation by family members
  • Children getting photographed on their own MUST be sitting independently. Babies under 6 months will need to be held by a parent.
  • Digital images are for personal use only. This means you cannot re-edit, sell, or commercially benefit from the images
  • No .RAW file type or unedited images are supplied
  • Taking pictures with a camera or mobile phone camera is strictly prohibited.
